my surgery was 5 days ago

I wore pants yesterday! Jeans, buttoned and zipped. I am amazed at the recovery time. I got up at 6 am this morning, goy yje littlest kiddo ready for school, did a load of laundry, and started a crockpot of homemade beans for Jim's "gentlemans club" tonight. Had to be on my feet for almost an hour, boiling beans, chopping ingredients, cutting up bacon. Just took a shower, and am getting ready to stick my head in to work for an hour or two. I am tiring more easily than normal, for sure. Other than a gassy belly I am doing pretty well.
