Cookie Exchange

Had my very first Cookie Exchange. It was fabulous! I wasn't feeling well in the AM, but perked up by noon, and the exchange was at 2:00. LOVED IT! There were 18 or 20 different kinds of cookies, molasses cookies, ricotta cookies, pumpkin cookies, meringues, pistachio cookies, pecan sandies, mexican wedding cookies, fudge, the list goes on and on !!!!! This was definately a high point of my holidays.The Cookie of the Year award went to the Meringues. There was actually a three-way tie for first place, and I picked out of a jar for the winner. The other 2 were Pistachio Thumbprint with Almond Paste Cookies and Peanut Butter S'Mores Bars. All three were fabulous and deserved to win.
Now, on to Christmas! :)
