Thought I'd better update this sucker! LOL

Since my last entry from almost a year ago I thought I better update.  I fell into a very deep depression.  And my surgery was postponed.  It took awhile to pull out of it but I'm doing fine today.
I see the surgeon on October 25th, 2012 for a surgery date.  Most likely after the holidays and my birthday (Dec 30th).  I'm shooting for the first week in January.  I've been on a cocktail of meds for depression,triglycerides,blood pressure,diabetes,and gout.  I can't wait to stop this madness.  I start support group in two weeks and been making contact with others through my surgeon.  My one disappointment has been that I haven't found any support through my OA group.  Well actually my sponsor has been very  supportive  it's people that I have known that have been acting weird.  Oh well moving on.  I'll post my surgery date as soon as I find out.  Wishing you all a wellspring of peace and happiness
