the "stalls"

Ohhhh I am sooo frustrated... I KNOW this happens, everyone talks about it,. BUT it don't make it any easier.... It seems like I am failing myself somehow.. It doesnt matter. the logic.. I still feel like maybe this WONT work for me, maybe I will be on of those strange few, that some how dont work out for me... My thyroid is still low, I had another medication adjustment, and pray this time it works... I have even started to measure and weigh what little I am eating just to be "sure" I am not going over... this is really important to me, and to see the scale go UP and not down, and then stay the same is hard...
