Finally after two injuries, a defill and a partial refill I am feeling better and managed to work out 5 days in a row this week ,I even went to bootcamp yesterday. I was a little behind the pack but it felt awesome to get a good sweat on!I am at abouat 3cc now, down from 4cc I was at before I injured myself so I need at least one more fill to get to that sweet spot but I am well on my way and feeling back on track again. Yesterday I was 181 which is only a lb from my next goal!
Its definately a process and an exercise in patience but I am getting there, one little lb at at time:)
