Well today i went to see dr for my first post op appointment. I weighed in at 218 Whoot!!!! thats a post op loss of 12lbs. I am now on stage 3 foods and was told i could have done them sooner but its all good. I am happy and ready to start on some new foods. I am cleared to swim and exercise gym here i come.
