Waiting For Operative Reports to See if I can have the DS

Here I am again.  Story of my life, murphy's law.  Many years ago, I suffered from severe pancreatitis, which was caused by gall stones, which got stuck in the bile duct.  Talk about PAIN.  I was in ICU for quite a while.  Had to have surgery to remove the gall bladder and drained the pseudocysts.  Surgeons then said the gallbladder stones were probably cause by my liquid diet a few years ago.  It happens.  Yeah, it happens to me....

Long story short, because of that surgery then, I may not be able to have the DS.  I'm am so disappointed.  I know me, and I honestly believe that the DS will be my life saving surgery.  I know I don't want to go through dumping or stuff getting stuck, ever.  I had the stuck issue with the lapband.  I don't ever want to gain weight again. 

My surgeon is waiting for my operative report from that surgery.  Depending on how they performed that surgery, will be the answer as to how my surgeon now will perform my weight loss surgery.  I am PRAYING and HOPING, that however they did the surgery then, I will be able to have the DS.  I will think possitively and hope for the best outcome.
