Pre-op Appointment was today..

Surgery is 2 weeks from today - starting the all liquid diet to shrink my liver.. oh boy! I was a bit concerned about my weight as I had to be at or under the weight that I was on my first visit.. that was 243, I have not been dieting per say, just watching what I eat and trying to eat smaller portions and of course have been trying to increase my water intake.. I weighed in today at 238 so that works for me and them! All my test results have been stellar and the Nurse states that I am actually one of the healthiest obese patients they have seen there in awhile so she did not forsee that I would have any complications at all.. well that made me feel better. So now I am off to get my lovely protien powder and vitamins and such that I need to get this really underway... I still have not gotten a specific amount I will need to pay, my portion, of the cost of the surgery.. that still concernes me a bit but everything will work out... Time and patients are paying off.. 14 days to my re-birth as a looser :)
