Pre-op liquid diet..

Ok so this is harder than I thought it would be.. I had to work and in our office it seems there is always someone eating.. went to the break room to get more water to drink and everyone was using the microwave..  oh man all the wonderful smells.. it was not easy, i wont lie so I ended up logging on to my OH site and looked at some before and after pictures to remind myslef why I am doing this!  Amazing how your stomach speaks louder than your concious..  I hope the first few days are the hardest... The really bad part was no caffeine.. talk about a headache!  Well 11 more days until surgery... I can do it!!!
