5 yrs today

when I look back 5 yrs ago so much has changed. I am a new me I am down from 275 to 148. Boy does that make me feel good to say and read this. I have a new life. I have a new guy that I love very much. I think back to 5 yrs ago and never thought this was possable. 5 yrs ago I never thought a man would ever look at me again. Even though I am the same person with the same feelings. I am now a size 10 and bike with my boyfriend steve. He bought me a new bike. So we ride every chance we get. The farthest we have gone is 19 miles. Makes me so proud to know I can do this. 5 yrs ago I could never had made it that far. I thank Dr Dabadeen for this he gave me my life back. For this I am so gratefull
