7-Weeks Post Op

I am down 4.5 lbs this week for a grand total of 36 lbs.  I also lost more inches and am down a total of 23.75".  Yea me!  I've focused more on getting at least 80 grams of protein/day since my support meeting last week.  I think this is helping as I don't seem to get to the point of being really hungry.  I'm also beginning each day with a protein shake that has all my vitamins mixed in, so my energy level is better too.

The spin class last Saturday was only an hour but was intense.  I found myself struggling a little but managed to finish it out.  I also have begun P90X DVD's again.  Not every day, but doing  modified version for now.  Spin class will be every Saturday through February since we are riding with Cheesy Riders again for MS150. 

I went to a store called Sugarless Delite (Richardson) last Saturday and was able to pick up some items that are high in protein, low in carbs and no sugar.  Kind of expensive, but when you can't eat very much with a small pouch, I make a little go a long way!  The owner of the store was very helpful and I will return. 

Overall still very happy with my progress and knowing that I'm NEVER going to see those 36-pounds again!
