Today is the first time I have weighed myself for over a week and I was surpries to see that I lost another 2 pounds..that makes me 21.6.. I felt like I was struggeling,,,yes I was struggling...I feel no restriction, but after a couple of days making poor choices,,,I am back to liquids only...It makes it so much easier with no choices, although I do have farina in the morning. So Now it is going to be a new year...I pray that it will be a better year than 2009..It was dreadful...My mom was sick with cancer and passed away on Sep 2....My nephew who was 10 passes away from the swine flu....it has been very hard...but onto more positive things...I did have my realize band surgery in NOvemeber, which I never in my wildest dreams think I would ever do....I wanted it everytime I saw the commercial, but never took the time or effort into finding out the process and insurance stuff..I believe that my mom from heaven had a lot to do with it. I thank you mommy and I love you.Let's have a happy, healthy , weight loss, New Year....Cheers
