As a team game, passing is a very important skill that a netball player must learn. Chest Passing
The chest pass is considered the most accurate and efficient way of moving the ball from one player to another. When done with accuracy and precision, the ball can be moved from one end to another. Teams with high chest pass accuracy always tend to become more successful than others.
Chest pass has three basic components: preparation, push, and release. All three components must be practiced simultaneously by each team member.
