The scale is stuck at 199. As a bander, sometimes I wish I had bypass surgery.I know I need to move more but there are many obstacles. The weather, for one.
At least I have been able to shop and find things that I could not wear at my peak of 270.
The worst part is that my breasts are shrinking but my belly will not.
I walk with my boyfriend, but I am hesitant to get out there on my own.
I plan to attend the monthly support group meeting in July. Hopefully, I will gain some inspiration.
