The Countdown Continues...

I have a busy day ahead of me so I decided to blog since I haven't gone to sleep yet and don't think I will be able to anytime soon. So I had a visit with my endocrinologist yesterday and I am officially taking insulin! Geesh, definitely didn't want to deal with that. So now I'm giving myself 2 injections, the Byetta and the Insulin. The doctor is concerned about my sugar levels being as low as possible (but not too low) for surgery next Tuesday. Anyway the best part of my day was seeing my Soulie (bff), DeniseATL, on the highway while I was driving back from the doctor's office. We were chatting with each other on the phone and discovered that we were 6 cars away! She caught up to me and we acted a fool when we saw each other...lol! Rolled the windows down and I told her she looked great and she told me I looked cute...HEE-LARRY-US!!! What is the likelihood of that happening on any given day???I'm wishing everyone a Wonderful Wednesday as I intend on doing the same!
Countdown: 6 days!!! And 3 days until my childhood bestie of 40yrs gets here! HOORAY!!!
