Just wanted to introduce myself to the world of obesity help, my name is Nathalie! I've struggled with my weight since the age of 7. I've been called names by strangers, friends, and even family-lame, I know. I have tried and tried again to lose weight and have suceeded on a couple of occaisions to drop 20 pounds here and there and gain it back, the joys of yo-yo dieting! I've tried diets, lifestyle changes, excersise and failed miserably, sad sad story. blah. I've been contemplating bariatric surgery for years and have just recently started the process with my family physician. The though of it scares me but excites me all at the same. I can't wait to feel energetic beyond what I've come to be acquainted to! Not to mention shopping for clothes that I would actually enjoy wearing rather then what is actually availble in my size.
