Pre Op questions

Hi I'm looking at having the sleeve op in 4 weeks. I start the 3 week low carb diet next week. I am very scared but am determined to change my life for ever. I am tired of yo yo dieting from 110lbs to 225lbs!
Can anyone give me any insight into the sleeve what to expect etc.  Should I do it?
