7 more lbs to go

YAY. I lost 12 lbs so I have 7 more to get to my goal weight before surgery. I go back to the doctor on April 1st.  That should be plenty of time. I will hopefully have more than that off. I am feeling very moody lately. I think it's just because of my diet. I don't have the patients i used. I can't just swallow all my stresses any more with a big bite of something thats wrong for me.  So Im going to keep on trucking.
