Getting back on track

Wow! It has been forever since I came to this site. Well I was 4 years out as of July 26. I am really disappointed in myself. I have gone from 239.2 (1 day) to 259. This time last year I was in the hospital for extremely low iron, was there for a week and a half, had an apendectomy, had to stop working out and gained 20 lbs in 1 year. YIKES!!! Scary. Just had my iron check again a week ago still real low. Dr just upped my iron again. I have to see him in a month. I have been jogging now for almost a week and just today started tracking what I eat. I still don't eat much or get hungry. I eat with my family. My first goal in to get to 255 by Sept 7. That is 2 weeks. I know I will do it again.
