Surgeon Testimonial

David Suh, M.D.
Very professional with excellent credentials. Staff very helpful. Excellent aftercare. He has 4 organized support groups within 40 miles of my home. Rate him as an excellent surgeon. Surgical competence is better than his bedside manner. He answers questions, but is no very chatty--sticks to business.

It's now been over 2 years since surgery --today is July 4, 2008. I've made it to Onderland (where you weigh under 200 pounds) and I've also succeeded in losing over 150 pounds on my RNY journey. Simple routine exercise, eating right, taking good vitamins, paying attention to lab results to see if you need additional vitamins, and attending support group meeting on a regular basis--these are the needed ingredients for my weight loss, and probably yours. I find that attending support group meetings an essential element for this surgery. I made good progress after surgery, attending meetings once a month. Then I "got lazy", and stopped going. In 5-6 weeks, I regained 22 pounds. That was my wake up call, and I begain attending meetings again. Eating properly, taking your supplements (I take calcium and the GBG Multi Formula Liquid Vitamin), routinely exercising, and attending group support meetings to be the proper "recipe" for success with surgery. I've lost that 22 pounds, and am down to 210 pounds now, the same weight I was when I got married in 1967, some 40 years ago. DAVE

Liquid vitamins for post ops developed by a...
on October 24, 2010 10:30 am
These vitamins are seen on my personal web site. High in B vitamins, have D3 and calcium citrate in them, high in antioxidants, and formulated for good absorption by a pharmacist.  Both seen on my personal web site.  1TBSP is daily dose, so 1 month bottle is 16 oz . A 2 mo. supply of the Super is also available from the order link, with 50% savings on 2nd month, and FREE shipping.  The pharmacist who fomrulated these vitamins is  affiliated with the American Pharmaceutical Association, the Prescription Compounding Centers of America and the International Association of Compounding Pharmacists. He is a graduate of Wayne University in Detroit, Michigan.

Wasabi dried peas and dried veggie trail mix
on May 9, 2009 10:30 am

I also now have a dried veggie trail mix available. In comes in 12 oz bags for $5. Each 1/4 cup serving has 7 gr of protein. Dried edamame, dried peas, dried carrots, dried squash, dried taro, dried sweet potatoes, and dried green beans are in this mix. Very tasty. Each 12 oz bag is $5 and can be shipped with other items I have.  Photos and more informaation is at the bottom of http://www.liquidbariatricvitamins.com  --individual link won't function right with OH. Photo of veggie trail mix in my photos now.

Dried Wasabi Peas are now available.   Pricing will be 12 oz bags for $5.  The price I have to pay for the wasabe peas is 3 times more than for standard dried peas, hence the smaller bag.  For shipping in pick up at my local support group meetings. Photos will be posted when dried wasabe peas arrive. DAVE
