1st appointment down

Ok - i've been to my first meeting with the nurse, social worker and nut.  I have a training class for nutrician on wednesday.  From my first meeting there are so many things i didnt know and so much to learn.  I have blood work and ultrasound/xray of uti coming up and then 2nd appointment in December.
Big changes already - Stopped drinking pop and caffine  all together.. had a headache the last few days, but I'm thinking that it's going to go away in the next day or so. 
I've been tracking what i've eaten.. the good the bad and the ugly.  So, baby steps, but I'm getting there.
