2nd appt

I had my second visit with the nurse, dietician and social worker.. cleared by nurse and social worker.  I have to go back on Jan 22nd to meet with the dietician as i needed to work on my journalling.  Not sure what happens next. i believe i have a class on how to eat after and then meet the surgeon

at my previous apt i learned that i had numerous gall stones in my gal bladder.. and 2 pollups in the lower part of my stomach. - so, we'll see how things go.

all things aside.. it's positve so far.

I have stopped all pop/carbonated bevies.. since Oct 1 - no caffine since Oct 6 - and I have lost about 6 lbs.  so, it's a step in the right direction.
