Now I need 5 years of obesity documentation

I just got a call from Dr. K's office.
Now they need 5 years of obesity history documented for my insurance company.
I have been obese practically since I was born, but I have not been great about documenting it. How frustrating. Perhaps some vacation photos would interest them j/k!

Now, I am going through the medical records process at 3 prior doctors, one of whom I dumped because they had signs of overweight prejudice. I can't tell you how many times they told me to eat less and excercise more... duh!

Here we go again!

Diana at Dr. K's told me we have only about a week since the "case" is open with my insurance. I will be all over these places to provide the needed info. I need to light a fire!
