S-I-X-T-Y!!! 60 LBS GONE FOREVER!!!

Did I have a great Dr visit or what?    He was so pleased with my progress.  He said I was where he thought I would be around mid-Fall. Mid-Fall??  Wow!   I am giving myself a gold star!!

So, 60 gone and 47 to go to reach my self-set goal. Maybe I can reach that one by October 9th.  I am in a wedding then.  I just hope that the dress I ordered is not too too too big and cannot be altered.  I really hope that is not the case. But, if it is...I can always wear it taken in as far as they can.  What's the worst case scenario?  My dress is too big...lol.

I met a man in the Dr's office today who had surgery in November and was over 500 lbs to start.  He has lost 170 lbs so far!  It was amazing. 

I feel good and am posting a picture of me. I am happier than I have been in a long while.
