Life Constantly Changes!!!

My life just constantly changes now-a-days it seems. I am getting ready to move AGAIN!!!! But at least one major thing I have noticed is that in spite of the stress in my life right now I AM NOT TURNING TO FOOD as I have in the past. Food was always my comforter. Thank God for this tool of VSG that gave me the power to retrain the way I think and feel about food! I will be forever grateful that I was able to have this surgery done. I want to encourage as many others as I can along the way to do what's best for them and be the healthiest you can be. We only go around once in this thing called life! Enjoy it to the fullest and make healthy choices!I am looking forward as my life goes through these changes I am currently facing and hoping that my life just continues to become richer, fuller and better!
