Great Changes

Hi Everyone,

I know it's been a while since I've been up here.  I promise to get better.  Well in the mean time I have lost 100lbs from my  highest weight. I feel awesome!  I am not on any medications and the body aches have decreased drastically.  I am so loving the changes, I just wish I had did the surgery years ago.
