Doctor appt today

I sure hope to get this darn drain out. I do think it's most of my issues. OH, don't get me wrong I am still depressed. I think they call this "buyer's remorse". I will get over it.I read how everyone with my date is so further advance than I am. Heck, doc still has me on a clear liquid diet. So, sick of it. Plus, I had an Open RNY.
My tongue drys out so fast that I sit with water in my mouth for a while before swallowing. I feel so dehydrated and tired due to it. I sleep in 2 hr sessions a night, b/c my darn tongue wakes me up and the drain likes to remind me it's there.... oh and I pee all the time due to the water load. I am confused on this b/c I was always a water drinker. I cut sodas out years ago and If I had a drink it was a Margarita on the rocks no salt.
I am not a salt lover either.
Boy, I have lots of questions for my doctor today. I hope to get answers. My DH goes back to work Monday so I need to get these issues worked out. Plus, I have to figure out what to do by myself. Ryder must return to school Thursday. He has been out since My surgery date. Long vacation for him too. I need to get establish a routine of some sort. Sitting on my arse is what got me to 320 in the first place. I am a recovering on-line RPG gamer. I need a new hobby. I do have a gym membership but hate that place. Hopefully, in a month or so I will try again.
I have a friend that lost over 140lbs and is now certifying as a PT. She makes me ill and always would say, You can do it. Yeah, you know that only works if you work it. Like this surgery is only a tool. Pfft.
Well, off to get ready for that long 3 hr drive to Florida.
