Things are going well these days with my eating and drinking.  The last few weeks of school were really stressfull with all the "goodies" around.  Those teachers are such caretakers and the way they like to show it is thru food.  UGH! lots of sweets and treats to be had.  I did ok with those, sampled a few and stayed away from most of them .

Now that I'm home for the summer, i'm trying to get my protein first.  I am finding it hard to eat breakfast before 10 am when I am up at 6.  Its nice to be able to sip my coffee and relax in the morning.  I have to work on a protein coffee.  That will be my goal for next week,  PROTEIN COFFEE DRINKS!

I am down to 181.  I started at 261..It's such a pleasure to go shopping these days..Though I tend to go up to 183 on some days not sure why, lack of water maybe.  My other goal for this next few months is to get my exercise in.  I have realllly fallen off the boat with that one...I need a good motivator....I thought the upcoming wedding would do it, but so far it's not.

Well off to get some water in my pouchy!!!
