Finally, yesterday I finally buckled down and am getting serious about this journey. No more putting it off for ANY reason! The diet pill ALLI was on sale over the weekend so I bought a bottle. I believe it will help me lost these 30 pounds I need to lose pre-surgery. So far so good. I know its helping unlike any other pill because of the consequences that will happen if I take in too much fat. It's supposed to make me really sick. Last night for dinner, I had a small plate of pasta with meat sauce. My husband drained as much fat as he could from the hamburger. I took my pill with my small meal and I didn't even feel tempted to go back for seconds. I also didn't snack, it was a great feeling!
