It's been awhile

Thank you very much Eric Klein, for sending me a Happy Anniversary email. I am still floating around the same weight, 153 about now. I wish it was less but thanks to my baratric surgery I don't weigh more. A couple of things.#1. I still have to watch what I eat. I always will or I will gain weight. #2 I don't exercise like I should. #3 My stomach is no longer a cast iron stomach. Some things though not many foods bother me. We are talking like 1 o 2.
