Well, I FEEL GREAT !! Thats all I can say. Back to work for a week. I rescued a dog from the shelter on Saturday. Krystal, a 6 yr old poodle with a rough past is now here to be loved, spoiled and walked and walked and walked. She can't get enough walking and I'm hoping she inspires the same attitude in me. Actually, adopting Krtystal is part of the plan for my new life. I have a lot of love to give so I'm giving to Krystal. Also, every excercise program says, "find something you love," well, I've been excercising on & off for 40 years and I knew I needed a new motivation. My plan is for Krystal to motivate me to get out there as oten as possible. You can't ignore a dog who needs to "Go Out" so I'm hoping this will be the start of a great partnership.
