Hello brothers and sisters of the struggle... LOL! How have we been this week? I am happy to post that I have lost 8 pounds towards my 15 pound goal by Christmas. Strange thing happened to me as I am getting back on the track of being successful; I started my roins again lie I havebee posting and lo and bhold... I CANNOT GET MY ROTEINS IN!!! I can get abt 40 per day!Thought it wouldve been a lot easier @ 5 yrs post op Anyways, I just thought I would post as I have been getting so much encouragement from people in similar situations. If you are medically able to start over from scratch, go back to basics: full liquid for two weeks and force proteins. Its not as fast as the honeymoon stage but it gets the scale moving in the right direction. Love!!!
