HiWell today was a challenge for me.
Mom had her highschool reunion 50 years. She went to a all girls Catholic School.
An the clothes we ordered for her reunion had not arrived on schedule. So
needless to say we had to go shopping. When I ordered the clothes, I'm thinking
this will be perfect I can order them, not have to worry about taking her shopping an
then I could have someone else pick them up.
Totally amazing how life never goes according to plan. Well she was disappointed
they didn't arrive. An she didn't want to go. Well I had to convince her to go, we would
go buy her some clothes. Ok. So that mean't I had to drive again today, then I had to
park the car, and walk into the JCPenneys store and hunt her down some clothes.
Luckily she was easy to shop for. But I did make her try them on, cause I wasn't about
to do this all over again.
Needless to say, she looked very nice. Someone drove her there, and it's 10:00 and she's
still there. I haven't had this much alone time since I moved in here and that was in March.
It's very nice, but feels weird.
Anyway I came home, and I rested all day. That trip to the store WORE me out!~
Anxious to hear how it went. I hope she's having a good time.
