First Fill

Yesterday I had my first fill. I was more nervous about it than my surgery. I had heard that if they put to much saline in people had issues with reflux & slimming!
Gross! But, Kathy from Fill USA in St. Petersburg, Florida was great. She explained everything and had me drink the fluro and then later water to make sure that I wasn't restricted too much. They also give you a welcome packet which had a lot of good information. They even offfer a support group that meets once a month. She put in 4ccs. I have the 9cc band.Today, we are doing the liquids and it sucks! I need to drink hot tea to loosen up and then I can drink my fluids. But, I was so full that it felt like I spent half the day drinking and the other half running to the bathroom. Tomorrow will be better. I can have soft food and I am going to cut the tea portion to a 1/2 cup and see how that works!
By the way, I lost another pound since yesterday!
