Yeesssssss! Down 3 more lbs. I seem to be on about a 2 lb a week loss schedule which definitely works for me. I know I need to drink more water lately and I had 2 days last week where my protein was lower than 70-90 grams.If I do a protein shake for breakfast or a 20 gram protein bar for my snack it is easier to get in the desired range. In general I feel happy and healthy. My energy is good and I sleep well
