I am thankful for my trainer right now... He has introduced me to something I think I may want to pursue... BOXING! Not to actually fight or anything but punching is FUN! By the end of a week, my anger levels are at the tip-top of go-off-and-cuss-whoever-out. But now that he has started with boxing, I can let it all go! We have also decided to weigh me every Friday and take measurements every other Friday. I am thinking maybe to lessen that: Weight every other week and measure once a month. I wonder if I can claim a trainer on my taxes... It is for medical purpsoses after all...LOL Any CPAs out there that can answer that for me? I would never share this with anyone outside of this blog/website (somehow I don't think anyone would understand) but here are my measurements from the first day I met my trainer to last Friday. He says they are good, I say there is always room for improvement... But I am happy at the decrease in all numbers...10/7
