Well almost nine years out

Yes I said almost nine years out and gaining back again.... I need to lose a few guys I am at 150 now I cant even seem to remember the basics and the board seems so different to me I suppose its because I thought I could do what I want and it would stay off NOT THE CASE, the fact that I had a very controlling man in my life for several years here that was abusive mentally and physically has not helped.. very jealous he was but hes now been removed and I have moved on I have a great and supportive man now I just need to get back on track so that I feel better about me.
