I can't believe it is March!  Where has this year gone?

It has been 6 months since I lost my band and will be looking into alternatives for the next step.  I won't even consider any surgery until I am finished with school this year.  MAYBE right after we get out I will go ahead and have surgery and that will give me most of the summer to deal with all the changes.

I am not as angry...but I know that I need to get busy.  I have been on and off of diets all my life.  I can tell you honestly...I haven't been trying to watch very much.  And now it is time. 

I am going to therapy for my fall that happened in October...I wish that it would have happened sooner, but maybe this will help.  I am going to also try to get back to the gym and at least walk.

The weeks sure are passing quickly.  I am trying to be more aware of my habits and trying to change them back.  I will be glad when I finally know which direction we are headed.

We have vacation next week.  Robert has a doctor appt. in Shreveport. We will see what the rest of the week holds. 
I am tired tonight.  I helped mom "over the phone" open a spreadsheet that I sent her on email.  Boy was that fun since I couldn't see her screen and had to walk her through it step by step.  But we made it and she did a good job!
