Why is it that 4 day weeks seem to be longer than a regular week?   The weather has been great!  I had to renew my drivers license the other day.  This is the first one that I have really liked.  Wow...I can't wait for 4 years...because by then I will need a new picture!  lol.  How has life treated you?  I am doing a little better with my eating and will be trying to put for effort in order to get some of the weight back off.  I am really disappointed though...my scales died.  I will replace them soon...but I sure miss them...even while gaining...it at least made an impact on me.  I finished my therapy from my fall I had in October, so I am going to attempt to be at the gym at least two days next week.  Then will try for three days the following week...something has to help with this arthritis...I know I felt better before my last surgery.  I can't believe that this school year has flown by so quickly.  I am sure that the summer will also, but I really try to focus on one day at a time and try to fit in as much as possible in each and every one.  Have a great weekend.

Here it is another month.  Time keeps passing by and I am still struggling with losing my weight that I have put on since the removal of my band.

I can't believe that there is only about 7 weeks left of school.  I guess that I will be talking with Dr. M soon about what my options are and what choice would be best for me.
