I can't believe my surgery date is next week! I have been going through the process for 11 months now and am so excited to be so close. I have been doing my liquid diet and am down 16lbs which I am proud of. I am using Syntha-6 chocolate protein powder. Met with the surgeon on tuesday and he asked me again if I wanted to do the RNY and once again I assured him that wanted the lap-band and that I would be successful. I am having no problems following my liquid diet and know that I will be able to stick with a healthy lifestyle after surgery. I am ready to have a healthy sexy body!!!
