I cant believe it ! I am 3 yrs out and I am still in control , of my weight. If the scale moves I control what I put in my mouth, I know I need to cut back. I wont lie I had been up to 140 and said " Oh Hell NOOO !!! I have a tool and use it, Move more eat less, I am probably at goal already but the extra flab is there no matter what. I hope to have plastic surgery one day !!!!All you WL peeps dont give up !!!
