it has been a long time since I have written anything on here. Since Jan 2007 the road has been hard for me. It seems like everytime I get it together there is always something blocking my way. It started when I lost my grandmom, then in May 2007 I broke my right foot, I had to wear a boot for 6mos and then came injections in my back up until Sept 2009 and then the same foot that I broke decied to drop and not work without a brace, then I had back surgery. Then in December 2009 I had an allergic reaction to one of my blood pressure meds my tongue swelled really big a another week in the hospital. Everything prevented me from getting the exercise that I need to burn off the calories and weight climbed back to 260. It has been stable for the past 2 yrs hovering around 260-265 lbs.
