Help. what happend to my info

Wow, havent been on and a long time, and all my info well most of it is lost? how do I get it back and my photos? Help.

So much  has changed, I am now divorced yes it happend to me too,  he loved the fat lady not the thin healthy one.. so any how moved to Cal, now depressed and have gained back so much weight, fat once again, decided to come on to get help, and all info is gone. its like I never was here..sad.
I know what to do, cut out eating, grazing, eat right small ...yes I do, yet my heart hurts so I cont to do wrong.Help..I need to love my self again. when my  husband turned on me after 29 years of marriage I lost all hope..
I was down to size 8-9  now 16  ahhh Please Lord give me the strengh to eat to live not live to eat once agin.
