3 months
on March 2, 2012 4:58 am
Today marks 3 months for me so far. Been a great trip I am down 46.5 lbs so far(my goal was 50).I feel great my clothes are falling off me. Gone from a size 24-26 jeans and now wear a 20 have even gotten into an 18. I have gone from3x scrubs to a xl. My husband says that I am so much happier. I still eat very little and I have no hunger. I do struggle to get all my water in but I keep at it. I go to a gym 3-4 times a week and work out for a hour than swim for 45 mins. I am noticing a big difference in inches and when I get my measuring tape will see. NSV too many to menction them all but here’s a few. -Went to the hair dressers and my behind fit in the seat without the arms hurting my legs. - I can now wear a necklace without the extenders. – Wiping is soo much easier now (ya the behind)- People are so noticing now.

Ok today marks 2 months for me. I am down 40lb that includes the 13 pre-op so 27lb since surgery. Little disappointed would of liked for it to be more but i was stalled for 5 weeks. I am no longer morbidly obese now I am just obese my bmi went from 45.1 too 38.7. I have lots of energy now and cloths are getting way to baggy. Joined the gym this week and plan on going at least 4 times a week really enjoy swimming. Will post photos when i get to the 50lb mark hopefully soon.

My Story

HI. I am a 41 year old who has been over weight 20 plus years. I am tired of being tired and not wanting to do things with the family. I have been so close to being a diabetic that dr warned me so, lost 50lb doing atkins. Gained all back. Bought a treadmill makes great cloths hanger.  I now have acid reflux, depressed, and scared to get blood work done for fear of hearing that i am diabetic. I am on the waiting list for the sleeve gastrectomy weight loss surgery since last spring. my BMI is 45.2. hoping to enjoy the rest of my life.
