DAY 9 on opti

Well its day 9 on opti, What a rollar coaster ride thus far, im past the headache and the shakes. Still having bouts of nausea and weakness, however im still working full time and on my feet all day. Bowel movements went from every day in the first few days till nothing for three days, and in mentioning this when you do go it's explosive diarrhea. ( oh ya the fun in that) but only once per day. as of day 8 Im down 12lbs. I have not taken any laxative , preferred to see if I could over come this on my own. I have been drinking lots of water andhave had DECAFF coffee black with one  sweetner. Not hungry , however when I do make dinner for my family I do want to eat, HAHAHA, I remove myself from the situation fast. So here is to the next 5 Days hope all goes smooth
