Finally a update!!

I know i havent updates since my last day on opti! So here it goes! Surgery went well! In recovery for 3 hrs, i just didnt want to wake up . Lmao!! But wow once i did that pain!! Gas pain pressure on my chest!! Wow!!! And nausea!! I was up and walking to the bathroom that night by 8 pm!! But nothing came out!! My bladder was still sleeping!! Lol all my vitals were good so they let me leave on the friday morning!! I had pain on my left side which they said was were most of the heavy instruments were moving things around there!! I was sent home with childrens tylenol!! Lol i laughed at that!! Continued to have that pain on left side doe about one week following discharge!! I had a bowel movement by the sunday of discharge and they were all loose!! No need to take MOM or the senecot s i bought!! I have been taking it very easy!! Went to costco on the monday after discharge and wow i over did that! Way to much walking! Since then i have gone to the mall for a change of senery which went well ! And ventured to costco again wiith the family! That was a much better trip!! No lifting and no pushing the heavy cart!! I have been pretty good with getting all my vitamins in!! But i still find it very challenging to get all my protien in and water!! Right now i average 65-80 grams of protien a day!! And i will be two weeks as of wednesday!! I have had no issues with my incisions! All healing nicely! However yesterday i was feeling like i was getting a little backed up in the BM department! I took 2 senecot!! And some relief, but abdominal pain and indigestion feeling was happening today so i took MOM and that releived that!!but wow what a uncomfortable feeling!! Also in this past two weeks i have had one day of a tesry day!! Out of no where i just wanted to cry! And the next be real quiet!! Wow what a roller coaster this is!! Weight wise i lost 14 lbs on opti and since surgery i have lost another 12 lbs! Although i havent lost anything in the past few days!! A early stall maybe?? Who knows!! Im trying not to get hung up on the number!! More how i feel is what im going for!! So thata my update!! Just taking it slow and easy trying to get use to the new me!!
