Wow where has the time gone!  It's been 1 year yesterday and I have lost 60 lbs.  I have 20 to go.

I can see so many changes to everything.  My outlook on life, the fact I can do more with my Grandchildren.  I do notice the cold more this year but that is something small to deal with, add another layer of clothing.  It's the simple fact, I am not freezing everyone else in my family!!!!!!!

I feel great each day.  I no longer take any medication for any of the problems I had before.  I don't need a CPAP machine anymore either!
