Pre & Post VSG Diet Links

As I was doing research, one of the questions I needed to know that answer to was "What exactly are the dietary restrictions I am going to have to commit to?"  I found two excellent links for them. One from Cornell University and one from John Hopkins. I post them as a reference to others who also want to know the realities beyond the dream. Afterall, that is the only way one can make an informed decision!
