So I didn't get my ass to the gym... I went to the park. I walked over 12 laps and I jogged 1/2 a lap yes I said Jogged!!!!!!! OMG I am so proud of me... The feel and sound of flapping skin was gross but the euophoria I feel now is amazing!!!!
