Just bored and can't wait for my appt to get here!

I really have nothing new to add, just that i'm bored, i'm down to 265 from 278 (which is good, but i feel like i'm starving to death!)  I was trying to see if i could lose some weight, but i feel it trying to tack back on me! =)

Anyway, my appts the 23rd for the info seminar and the one on one consult with Dr. Shina.  I'm hoping things will go well!
